Can anyone prove cats don't talk to other cats through telepathy?

Because according to certain religious stories animals have their own secret language that only animals can understand

  1. It may look to the uninitiated like telepathy, but it is not. Cats communicate verbally, by scent and by body language. There is no ‘magic’ if one pays attention to how they socialize.

  2. Cats are highly intuitive. They read each other’s body language and the sounds they make have varying tones and pitches that even humans can often understand. Scent is also a large part of their ability to relate to each other. I’m not going to say that cats definitely cannot communicate through telepathy, but it’s not necessary with all the other ways they have to communicate.
