Can anyone give tips on meditation or websites on how to do it?

I suffer from panic disorder and would like to know how to help it.

  1. Panic disorder, not sure…but meditation…try Robert Monroe Gateway Experience. Great meditation and focus exercises to achieve whatever purpose you have for doing it.

  2. Hi, do have a look at http://www.viewonbuddhism.org. It may be Buddhist, but you don’t need to be a Buddhist to use the techniques!
    Also, you could browse in the Discussion Forum of the website, our member ‘Beginner’s mind’ actually uses Buddhist meditation to fight her anxiety disorder, it could certainly provide some helpful insights.
