Budokon, t'ai chi, qigong?? toning?

hi, i know that tai chi, qigong, and budokon, are good for relaxing, it’s like martial arts, etc., but which of these three exercises are good for toning your body? are all of them good? thx!

  1. Stick with the tai chi,but use dynamic tension while performing your routine.Make sure your breathing properly that will tone you up.

  2. Tai chi will tone your body especialy when you start getting really deep in the stances, still I’d say Yoga would be much better, unless budokon is something that is better, I dont know what budokon is
