Hardcore Zen : Interview by Iain McNay

Brad Warner; Zen; Hardcore Zen; Dimentia 13; Zero Defex

  1. If you really listen to this video very carefully in amongst all the stuff about Punk Rock, Monster Movies etc you will find some of the most profund comments about Real Zen Practice. I recently saw Brad at a day retreat in??? London and he obviously conveys the real essence of Zen, not what is usually banded about these days. Rock on Brad !

  2. Unfortunately this video??? freezes just before the end – best to go to conscious tv.com to watch the whole thing. (why has nobody put this right ?)

  3. to watch??? the end go to “conscious dot tv” and then in the “nonduality” menu, you’ll find the video.

How to perform Yoga Nidra : Art of Yogi Sleep

Yoga nidra or yogi sleep has been used for thousands of years by yogis. In the Upanishads, there are three states of consciousness: waking, dreaming and deep sleep. Yoga nidra allows an individual to leave the waking state, move past the dreaming state and into deep sleep while remaining awake or conscious during the whole process. In yoga nidra, there are no dreams to explore. Instead, it is a process of emptying. It purifies the deeper aspect of the human mind by exploring deep impressions or samskaras. This is essential as samskaras drive our karma.
