Astral Virations/Buzzing?

since i was a kid i would every now and then (as i was falling asleep) feel this powerful vibration/buzzing coming over my body. i would be conscious during it, but my body would be temporarily paralyzed. it would scare the hell out of my so i would be trying as hard as i could to call for help, but all that could come out is a moaning sound. i’ve heard myself do it while it was happening and i later asker my girlfriend and she heard me doing it but figured i was talking in my sleep. i then took control again about 10 secs or so after it happened.

ive done prior research on the topic of astral projection, a few months ago, and it explained initial vibrations (described exactly how i felt them).

everytime it happens its such an intense and powerful, yet scary as hell feeling, yet im very intrigued by it since its like nothing ive ever felt before. can someone fill me in more on what this is? what it is that brings these sensations on and what would happened if i followed it out instead of fighting it? thanks a lot

  • The next time you feel that sensation, take some deep calm breathes and remind yourself that it is natural.

In hale and imagine smoothing out the sensation. Letting it flow through you naturally. Exhale, imagine the excess energy is leaving your body.

Visualize the vibration as waves. When they are close together and very quick it’s unnerving. When they are spread out and moving in gentle waves its easier to experience.

Next you can fall asleep or astral project. Think of the waves rocking you, move with them, going side to side or up toward the ceiling and back to the bed. If you let the intensity build smoothly, you’re consciousness will leave your body. That’s when a whole new adventure begins.

  • Pray to Jesus for answers. Wash your hands and face with water before prayer. I’m not sure whether or not you should embrace it as astral projection by doing it yourself could be very harmful and stray into the occult. Just stay clear of the Occult and anything that is to do with witchcraft, wicca, paganism, etc.

  • I believe that’s sleep paralysis. If you went with it you would probably find yourself in a very lucid dream (funfunfun!) or having an out of body experience.

“Paralysis: this occurs after waking up or shortly before falling asleep. The person cannot move any body part, cannot speak, and only has minimal control over blinking and breathing. This paralysis is the same paralysis that occurs when dreaming. The brain paralyzes the muscles to prevent possible injury during dreams, as some body parts may move during dreaming. If the person wakes up suddenly, the brain may still think that it is dreaming, and sustains the paralysis.”
