Astral projecters: Can you see your cord while projecting?

I’m usually too busy eating a delicious astral taco to notice.

You travel up your cord, this is why it looks like a twisting ribbed tunnel of light. Yes I can see auras but it has to be against a neutral background. I can also see in pitch dark as well, and I’m telepathic, sometimes. 🙂

I have never done it but, yes, I have heard that you can see the cord.

Many years ago I experienced what people told me was Astral Projection.
I would float up from my body and slowly float out through my window. (In the beginning, when I hit the glass my projection would end and I would be “snapped” back to my body, but eventually I made it outside)
If I turned and looked back at my body, the projection would abruptly end.
Once outside I could fly (it took me a while to control where I was going) and due to my previous experiences at looking back, I did not look behind me at first.
Later, I did look and I could see a “light trail” behind me that I soon discovered led back to my body. It floated in the air like a silvery, glowing spider thread.
I am not sure if I ever saw any auras.
