Assuming reincarnation, if you had to be reincarnated as an inanimate object, what would you choose to be?

I think I’d choose to be a rescue helicopter.

  1. Reincarnation usually assumes that souls transmigrate among *living* beings.
However, if I am to assume that reincarnation exists such that I can be reincarnated as an inanimate object… I’d like to be a book with a good story to tell. One that is taken off the shelf often and shared frequently, perhaps read by a parent to their children and then by those children to their children and so forth and so on.

  2. A piece of lumber used in house construction. It might be my only real chance to be called a “stud” and really mean it.

Meditation and Labyrinths

Some people confuse labyrinths with mazes, but it's not a maze. It is more of a meditation that is in walking form. Let me explain. The labyrinth has a pathway that you walk in order to reach the center but it goes round and round, back and forth, until you reach the center. The key is to take slow steps and just walk towards the center; taking your time and following your breath.

Osho Devavani Meditation

Devavani means "divine voice," the energy of existence which moves through the meditator, who becomes an empty channel of expression. If done in the evening, it deeply relaxes the mind and creates a profound sleep and inner peace.Devavani meditation lasts for one hour. There are four stages of 15 minutes each. Keep your eyes closed throughout.

Osho Kundalini Meditation

Known as the “sister meditation” to Dynamic meditation, with four stages of fifteen minutes each this method is a gentle yet effective way to release all the accumulated stress of your day.
