Are you doing, or thinking of doing kundalini yoga or chi kung? Please read these accounts if so…?

Jen – i speak from personal experience , you speak from fashionable celebrity magazines and the latest “fad”. There is a deep science of yoga, it is rooted in hinduism. This is a particular type of yoga that is bad for you wghich you don’t have a clue about.
This type of yoga is more advanced than the “hatha yoga” normally practised by women. It involves special breathiing exercises and what are called “bandhas” which you don’t need to know about if you are just doing stretching exercises
Job – what has christianity to do with this? And it can be spelt either way, my friend!
also spelt Qigong as well (check on google)
Home – Yes, you are right about Christianity being the only way. Spiritual growth can only come through love of others, not physical exercises done on your own which destroy the whole nervous system. I said that to the other answerer because he was mocking what I was warning about and saying I was speaking only as a Christian who had no personal knowledge of what I was talking of.
I wish I’d have stuck to Christianity, instead of searching elsewhere.

  1. Christianity and stupidity have reached a new level!
Now yoga and chi gung (not chi kung, you dolt) can stand side by side with the teletubbies, Mickey Mouse, rock and roll and the other horros that threaten Jezzus, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell and Tammy Fae…..praise the lord?

  2. This doesn’t surprise me at all, as kundalini is supposed to be a snake that lives at the bottom of the spine and gets awakened by these practices, then travels up through the chakras and opens the so-called ‘third eye’ in the forehead.
Did you know that a mark on the forehead denotes who owns you? That means that these people are losing control of the ownership of themselves, especially their minds. This is bad stuff, just as you are trying to warn people, but, as usual, they all know better.
Many of the accounts are distinctly spiritual and it’s not suprising, because all this stuff is dealing with the realm of spirits and people don’t realise that they are too powerful for us. We don’t live in the spiritual (unseen) realm but in the natural, physical world and we have no idea of their powers.
From the accounts I’ve read, many of these people have been seriously oppressed and damaged by their contacts with these spirits and are not so much in need of a psychiatrist as an exorcist.
I’m serious, because you said ‘what has christianity to do with this?’ Well, when you’re in a mess like this – which is a hole no ordinary person can dig himself out of – only christianity (the real kind) can help you, nothing else.
