Which type is better and what’s the difference? There seems to be jiva, kundalini, hatha, ashtanga and whatnots. I’m lost! Don’t know which yoga centre to go to..?! Suggestion..??

I asked a similar Q before..still procrastinating.

  • I learned yoga in the break after my STPM. It’s relaxing and makes your body more flexible, and everyday can go to toilet let out toxic. But not recommended for people who always think about job and family because once you don’t concentrate on it you can’t enjoy and relax. You don’t want to rush back home to make sure the gas is turn off or not in the middle of the class.

  • i found kundalini the best,, coz it brings out the female elements and energy in general,,,, havent tried the rest,, but this what the instructor chose for me,, and its working pretty well for me.
    Kundalini,, my vote.

  • Yoga is good but the smell of … scent or apa tu … aromatherapy .. urghh i can’t stand it. Smell like … how do i say …. like cicak kering …. wekk!
