Am i having a psychic attack?
I looked up symptoms of the psychic attack, i’ve been feeling depressed, ill, suicidal, and drained out of nowhere. I’ve had nightmares for a long time of a person draining all of my energy, and i’m scared of everything. I looked up visualizing techniques but every time i try to think the negative thoughts are controlling my mind. Death scenarios run through my head daily, and no matter how hard i try i can’t stop from thinking it. Is there something wrong with me, or am i under psychic attack. Someone plz help (if you dont believe this i dont want to hear your crap, i will report you)
Also, every since i’ve been studying spiritualism i get panic attacks when i read or try to watch something new about it. I’m constantly living in fear and i feel helpless, is this just depression or something more?

Sounds like demons. You need Jesus. I asked Him to take away all my nightmares and He did! Jesus is God and the only way into heaven. Please pray a sincere prayer with all of your heart admitting to Jesus you are a sinner. Have full faith that His blood pays off all of your sins and accept His gift of everlasting life. I pray that God blesses you with peace. Amen.

Well, maybe it could be an anxiety attack, or mental separation from the body.
1. anxiety attack is sudden-ish of those symtoms you explained.
2. Mental separation is when the brain realizes where it’s at, and it’s not in it’s own world anymore, like you’ll be there talking to someone, and think, i’m really here? those people just smiled at me? It’s your body reacting from that, and common symptoms are of what you said, as well.
Mental separation is a POSSIBLE variation of Psychic Attack, but most people have this when they think it could be Psycic attack.
Think of Mental separation like a fever, you think it could be cold, but when you ask someone, and see the symptoms it’s really flu.


Its called depression and anxiety.


Why not try thinking of happy thoughts, of the most happiest moments in your life to eliminate that negative thoughts of yours. Try hanging out with friends that is fun to be with or friends that sees life positively so you may acquire their positive attitude. Forget about death, for death really happens to all of us. enjoy your life, live it to the fullest. Don’t pressure yourself too much, just be positive always and everything will be alright.

I cant believe some of the reply’s above! So unhelpful. I am suffering with the same problems and i have actually seen an entity in my flat too (so has my daughter). I can tell you from experience that the worst thing to do is to meditate deeply. This opens you up and only makes you more vulnerable to attack unless you really know what you are doing and protect and ground yourself properly. I suggest you contact a spirit rescuer in your area or someone who clears these things. Do not try to attempt it yourself. In the mean time try doing things that ground you, dancing and listening to music, watch comedies and anything that will lift your mood. Also seek out an EFT practitioner to help you with you feelings.. Hope you get or have got it sorted.
