According to the bible Jesus is a small round disk that grew on the ground after the morning dew?

This is out of the King James version, Jesus declares himself the “manna” the “bread of life” and in Exodus 16 it tells us that the Manna is a small round disk that appeared on the ground after the morning dew… Sounds like Shamanism to me.
John 6
31Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat.
32Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.
33For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
34Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.
35And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
Exodus 16
14And when the dew that lay was gone up, behold, upon the face of the wilderness there lay a small round thing, as small as the hoar frost on the ground.
15And when the children of Israel saw it, they said one to another, It is manna: for they wist not what it was. And Moses said unto them, This is the bread which the LORD hath given you to eat.
It’s obviously entheogenic shamanism, not cannibalism as Christians would like to claim it is… Sorry Christians, you lose again, the bible is a pagan text lol.

  1. Sounds like those who created the bible were eating too much manna and drinking too much wine….. doesnt surprise me… another contradiction in the bible… surprise!

  2. Christ is the “bread” of life, when we drink his blood and eat his body, we share in his divine life! Christ is NOT bread nor wine, but a Divine Person under the appearance of bread and wine! God bless!

  3. Your ignorance was exactly the same as the disciples when Christ told them to eat his flesh and drink his blood.
No, man, he was not a vampire.
Eat = to consume within our body = to sustain us.
For the ancient Israelites it was all about physical.
For the church after Christ came, it was spiritual

  4. . . . I don’t see anything wrong here.
Do you know what “manna” is?
This isn’t a contradiction at all. That would be like saying that because Jesus gave Simon the name Peter (which means “rock”) that it is a contradiction because those things on the ground are rocks.
Jesus called himself many things and he was and is each and every one of them.
It seems like you are just smart enough to be completely stupid. Try getting the whole story and not just parts that support your ridiculous points of view.

  5. read the holy bible, you need to seek jesus for yourself and read the bible again to get the full understanding of it. and with that ask jesus to give you wisdom.

  6. Jesus is often the spiritual equivalent to physical things that were in the Old Testament. In this case, while mana physically nourished the Israelites in the desert who gathered and ate it, Jesus spiritually gives life to those who accept Him.

  7. John 6
31Our fathers DID EAT manna in the desert; as it is written, He GAVE them bread from heaven to eat.
    Notice the PAST TENSE.
32Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses GAVE you not that bread from heaven; but my Father GIVETH you the true bread from heaven.
Notice the PAST TENSE that Moses GAVE not…
Then notice the PRESENT TENSE my Father GIVETH
33For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and GIVETH life unto the world.
    Notice the PRESENT TENSE again.
34Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore GIVE us this bread.
    PRESENT TENSE
35And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
I would take a closer look at the tenses next time.
