  1. answer: You were already told – they aren’t.
Google and Wiki are your friends
Wicca is a religion, honoring deities, passage of the year and life with rituals and holidays.
Shamanism is mysticism, a practice, not a religion. Pagan deities are called upon but not the same as celebrating a holiday.
And, once again, why are you using the silly non-term “Wiccanism”? You said you were Wiccan and don’t realize that’s not a term for Wicca (despite what some fluffy bunnies think)

  2. Shamanism comprises a range of traditional beliefs and practices concerned with communication with the spirit world. There are many variations of shamanism throughout the world, but several common beliefs are shared by all forms of shamanism. Shamans are intermediaries between the human and spirit worlds. They can treat illness and are capable of entering supernatural realms to obtain answers to the problems of their community.
Some wiccans may include aspects of shamanism in their practice but in general wiccans are not focused on communication with spirits in the other world nor do wiccans consider themselves as intermediaries or emissaries between this world and the next. Wiccans use herbs and other natural remedies for healing instead of channeling spirits for that purpose and wiccans expect to change the world through their own abilities to manipulate natural occurring energies. In general wiccans believe that Deity lives in and through the world around them and not in a separate but equal spirit world
