My east Indian friend said that she simply said God’s name over and over again until she felt better. There are many mantras and short prayers that you can say. Find one that you are comfortable with, and use it to calm yourself….
Once I had to fly 1/2 way across the country and the anxiety nearly brought me to a standstill. I remembered my friend’s advice, and said a little prayer over and over again until I felt better. (I had to say it alot mind you…lol Good luck, little one)
