I’ve been looking into lucid dreaming recently. I know the basics are to improve dream recall and keeping a dream journal. Also, performing multiple reality checks throught the day. I’ve been keeping a dream journal and my dream recall seems to be improving; however, the other night I recalled 4 short dreams, but this morning I could not recall a single one. I’m sure one night isn’t going to mess everything up, but does anyone have any good tips to help me out?
I’ve always found it fascinating and have tried on and off for years. I’ve even tried programs like brain wave generator. The best I got were some vibrations in my knees. lol anyway, any tips or things of that nature are appreciated 🙂
I’m starting to become more aware of how sincitive I am to things around me. It’s to the point when I can, now more easilty/naturally than before, discern quickly people who are sensitive…..now I’m trying to be more accurate of whom I chose to telecommunicate my energy with. Sometimes when I see a girl who I may be attracted to and I try to sense that persons energy……depending on whether I get the vibe or not that they has an ego problem or thinks that she can take my energy…..instead of playing...

I’m studying some meditation, and looking for tips on some of the different kinds. P-Shifting- Got some positive results, but didn’t shift very much. M-shifting- I think I got some of my spirit guardian’s instincts, but it was hard. Meditation- I’ve become very relaxed, but kept getting disturbed by loud noises. Astral Projection- Not really any luck, too much noise in the house. Don’t call me crazy >.> So, any tips?
