I love thinking really deep and getting to the bottom of whatever I may be thinking about. It’s sometimes hard to get to the deeper states and i was wondering if meditation would help me to get to those states of mind. Or would it do the opposite because it will help you to stay simple and not to think at a depth?
I was reading a question here pertaining to the “Dark Night of the Soul”…a topic to which I am completely ignorant. Yet I wonder if a person can be happy with life and still “shift into higher states of consciousness.” *I welcome all answers, but the most helpful come from the heart, not a book. Thank you!
