I just started meditating a week ago. I’ve been reading And trying to find out more about it. I hear it is effective So I want to keep doing it to see some results. I’m doing breath meditation. Can anyone help me out to give me some insight, or valuable advice for thease so called journies of the mind.
Is it from a religion? A ‘guru’ ? Do you have to pay to learn it? Are the results fairly quick to notice or do they take months to recognize a true change of consciousness Most importantly: Have you practiced one yourself (or know someone who has) that their practice of this meditation brought upon a blissful state?
I’m a pretty stressed out fellow and I heard that meditation can help. I would like to know what can be the result of meditation during and after the session. I tryed it once for 5 minutes with the breathe in for 3 counts and out for 6 and my head started feeling light, is this an expected outcome? Also if you could please explain the diffrent types of meditation and what you get out of each? Thank you all for you help!
