For instance when you are dreaming but feel really connected to someone in the dream, like a soul mate. And also in astral projection are you going to the future or another present dimension?

Hi. I’ve been working on Astral projection. I get to the point where my heart beats very fast, and I feel my hands are detaching/backwards(hard to explain). What Techniques do you use to get out of your body?

And can you really bring demons and entities back with you thru astral projection? Not that anyone would want to. Just curious.

I believe astral projection to be real because i’ve had so many ap experiences. and i know we all have subtle bodies etc but couldn’t it just be what it is, rather than part of a divine reality?
