I love thinking really deep and getting to the bottom of whatever I may be thinking about. It’s sometimes hard to get to the deeper states and i was wondering if meditation would help me to get to those states of mind. Or would it do the opposite because it will help you to stay simple and not to think at a depth?
What do you think about when you do it? A personal problem you want resolved? The answer to a complex question you are in search of? Or do you just try your hardest to think about absolutely nothing? What is the best method to go about in order to cause the release of DMT in the human brain?
