I believe astral projection to be real because i’ve had so many ap experiences. and i know we all have subtle bodies etc but couldn’t it just be what it is, rather than part of a divine reality?

My opinion is no one is religious, and what they do is just have sex, hoard money, then go on shopping sprees and buy lots of things that rot away at home, pass there time at home watching TV. And no one practises the Dhamma of the Buddha, called meditation.

I’ve been practicing kundalini yoga for a bit now and whenever I try doing research on it I keep finding articles saying that it can be dangerous. Why the warning? @Seth: that sounds perfectly reasonable. I’ll keep at my kundalini in that case.
