People always mentioned they have seen a bright light, some even talk about seeing wonderful things that made them feel good. I never heard anyone telling about going to hell and explaining what it was like. Why? Only good people have near death experiences?
I’m not talking about auditory hallucinations common with schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders. I have had a unqiue experience this week – three separate times, and each time the person confirmed that s/he had been thinking what I heard but had not actually spoken. I don’t think it’s clairaudience, because that is defined as hearing messages from the spirit world. But this has to have a name. Anyone know what it is? (Powered by Yahoo Answers)
Clairaudience is essentially the ability to hear in a paranormal manner, as opposed to paranormal seeing (clairvoyance) and feeling (clairsentience). For instance, a clairaudient person might claim to hear the voices or thoughts of the spirits of persons who are deceased. So would you rather be clairaudient, clairvoyant or clairsentient and why?
