Hello, ive noticed this electric feeling i can produce somehow but never payed attention to it. I do it by kind of freesing by breath and concetrating on my heart i really dont know how to explain how i create it, by it seems its more concentrated in my leggs and my stomach. i use to meditate heavily at some point could it be that i unlocked something iam not aware of could it be the chi energy some masters talk about.
Its like i concetrate on my heart and immideatly i start to generate this electric shock feeling in my midle chakra

Let me add something these last few years theres something changing and i cant tell what it is its like my intuition level is becomg god like i can read people easily i can tell what someones feeling like or what they are going to say

I go to Catholic Social Services, and they have chakra opening music playing, and my counselor suggested that I try chakra meditation, and we talked for a few minutes on how to use energy to attract things into your life. She seemed to know as much if not more about the stuff than I did. The other catholic person I met a while back who is still my friend does aura readings, and talks about reincarnation, and our original pagan gods. I had no clue that Catholics were into stuff like this. Also on the radio a while back there was a catholic (she stated so) talking about what she has learned from spirits about the afterlife, and reincarnation and how the process works. She also talked about chakra meditation, kundalini and yoga.

Do you think it is possible for certain modern pharmaceutical drugs to cause energy blockages, such as psychological medications who have sexual side effects causing a block in the second (sacral) plexus chakra? (Do you believe the physical [side] effects of medications can affect the energetic body?)

Actually I am more concerned with the sexual side effects of birth control drugs. And could you please recommend some qi-gong movements specificaly for the sacral plexus? I would REALLY appreciate it. I once tried looking online for some and couldn’t find any.

Are there any women here who have suffered from a loss of libido from taking birth control? How did you deal with it? Are there any women who found ways to cope with it withOUT going OFF of birth control? Have people found that birth control that uses that different hormone (DSRVP? or something like that…) has a lower incident of causing lack of libido? Also, I experience an inability to become aroused… is that also part of this side effect?

It has been really difficult dealing with this and when I went to the doctor to discuss it, their only suggestion was to try family planning and my husband (and I) aren’t willing to take that much of a chance with getting pregnant. What should I do????

I’ve been on Depo-Provera (the shot you get every 3 months), Orth-Evra (the patch), and now I’m using Nuva Ring. They all had the same effect on me.
And, yes, I am very artistic. I draw and sing a lot. I have been told by reiki practitioners other than myself that I have a pretty bad blockage at my sacral plexux to the point of almost no energy flow below that point on my body.

I was just wondering if since problems in energy flow cause physical dis-ease and disorder, if physical dis-ease and disorder (from the use of medication) can, therefore, cause problems in energetic flow.

It would make sense that it works both ways since everything is intereconnected. I just wanted to get some other peoples’ input. And I DO do self healings, but I have been thinking that some qi-gong movements would be really helpful, but I can’t seem to find any.

I wanted to add some exercise into my life and chose to try out Kundalini yoga. Since I don’t like to move too much and since I am seeking some spiritual growth and healing I thought that Kundalini yoga would be the way to go.
I used Gurmukh Kundalini Yoga DVD 2 times. After the first time I did it I just felt sore in the muscles as I usually feel after starting any exercise. I also started noticing feeling very antisocial and experiencing night sweats and insomnia. I attributed those to PMS and thought nothing of it. After the second time (after I had my period) The insomnia and feeling hot at night increased. I also started feeling a lot of sinus pressure and also some emotional disturbances and increased disinterest in socializing with people. It didn’t even occur to me it could be from Kundalini as I didn’t really know much about Kundalini energy and just thought Kundalini was the name of the yoga. I was reading a spiritual book one day and there was a paragraph about awakening your kundalini when not prepared can have unwelcome consequences such as increased body heat, mental disturbances, etc. I immediately went online and started learning about kundalini. I am beginning to wonder if I have at least partially awakened my kundalini energy. If so, how do I embrace it without having to spend money on gurus and kundalini experts? And should I stop doing kundalini yoga altogether? Or should I keep doing it and see if the effects get better or worse overtime?

Over the summer ive been training with me metaphysical peeps. It is really important that I have to remain friendly n keep a low status of my advance psychic powers. For it is my own sake. Im havent meditated for a full 30 days.

Where is the earth kundalini energy at right now in this point of history?

If you don’t know what this is, it has to do with pole-shifts, and the procession of the equinox. I have a hunch that it’s on hawaii? but I’m not sure.
