show me what to read, listen to, for begginers in chakra meditation.

can someone who is not aware of chakras have them open, or only people who practice chakra meditation or some other type of meditation where they consciously open them have open chakras?

I know a lot of people who are really friendly but if you asked them about chakras, they wouldn’t know what you were talking about. So does their really friendly nature come from having an open heart or their personality, and your heart cannot be opened unless you practice it.

I’m writing a book, and I’m thinking of using chakras. So I looked them up and saw levitation categorized under the throat chakra, but another site said it was the heart, root, and solar plexus. So which one is it?

Anyways I’ve taken about aderrall about four times and it works wonders for me. I feel focus, confident, energized, my head is clear and relaxed, it’s easier for me to speak to people, socialize, have fun, complete tasks, make decisions, and in general it just makes me happier because I feel like myself when I’m on it!
I don’t want to get an aderrall perscription though, I’d rather meditate, do yoga, learn more about Vedanta and become naturally my happier self. I took a chakra quiz and it said I had an underactive root and navel chakra and an over active crown and third eye so do you think aderrall has been giving me the feeling of these energies being balanced?
This question is for people who actually know what chakras are haha
How is that stupid? I’m just asking for some insight, not to be called a rambling idiot. Makes sense to me.

well i smoked alot of pot one night and tried one of the 3rd eye meditations and when i did i imagined the color indigo at the space between my eye brows like ive been told to do and then as it progressed for some reason i imagined geometric paterns expanding and at the same time contracting and at its peak i felt this HUGE pressure in my brain and i felt my forehead pulsating i felt very…. weird i felt almost fascinated and drawn back into everything i do and i thought ALOT about life and things to have realized alot but idont know if thats supposed to happen or not or was this all in my head and it was because i was high? lol

recently i have been getting burning sensations around my chakra spots, mainly my heart, throat, solar plexus and crown regions, the burning sensations will alternate between pressure/tight feeling and sometimes bliss depending on who im around and the nature of the conversation. i also get a pressure in thoes regions which usually travels up to my head and will slow and cloud my thoughts. all my symptoms indicate kundalini syndrome. is this possible?

To be honest I don’t really know what I’m asking here. But, I am looking for a good answer about my my results I guess?

when will my third eye/6 Chakra be open ive been feeling pressure at the right side of my fore head, sometimes its in the center of my brows, sometimes in on the left of my fore head and sometimes its all over and it burns really bad and itchy, kinda like a bad kindulini experience, or maby a energy blockage, could this be my intuition improving from better brain function, idk but why so painful? and is it true that the third eye is opened easier by lining up and opening chakras in order like root chakra to crown chakra. and i cant visualize all i see is darkness. so its very difficult. any answers, please only answer if you are experienced, a psychic, a guru, or simply understand.. i would like professional answers. i usually meditate thinking of the “aum” technique and look up between my brows, or i would look up meditate on my 3rd eye and start counting back from 100, 99, 98 and so on, that usually works, but even when im not thinking about my 3rd eye i feel the pressure so any experienced people have any throes or possible answers

If one chakra is blocked, is it still possible for the higher ones to be open or does a blocked chakra mean that all of the higher ones are also blocked? For example, if there is a blockage in the Heart Chakra, can the Throat Chakra be completely open?
