hay there, just looking for some pointers, anyone had more luck with one technique than another?
I’m trying to astral project and I am looking for other peoples experiences on this because I think I would have better luck if I had some kind of Idea of what the astral plane looks like.
I just know its something with which you can float around or something. What exactly is it? Is this a real thing? If yes, how do you do it? Also, is it dangerous? Do ghosts do this? I’m really curious.

I’ve can never get past it. I just stay there fo like 10 mins, I might get a light feeling, like i’m about to float out of my body but it goes away

They sound both fun but I’m not sure which one to do. I heard that when you astral project you can explore anywhere in real time. But lucid dreaming sounds like the same thing except lucid dreamins your imagination
Also can anyone share any personal experiences?
