This is a question for those who have experienced lucid dreaming, like myself. In other words it’s not a debate, you might not have experienced this or have reason to feel or think otherwise. I just want to specify that the question is- What are the benefits to lucid dreaming?
I need to learn calculus. I took it in high school, but almost failed. I need to take it again in college and I am afraid of failing again. No matter how hard I study and practice, I just can’t understand it. If I used meditation, would I be able to learn better or easier? I have tried every other method to get the information to stick, but have had no luck. I have already tried several different tutors, however even the basics fail to sink in.

I’m wondering how to meditate and feel like I’m in a different kind of state when meditating with full concentration, but I NEVER can. How can you like visit other worlds or something like that with meditation? What exactly happens when a person meditates really good? I don’t really know much about it, so if you any more about meditation, please say so. Thanks!
