Movie that had sweat lodge in it?

I saw a movie a very long time ago. I remember nothing about it, except that a man was sitting in a sweat lodge ceremony and he looked to a man that appeared beside him, and he had a necklace made of fingers.

Can anyone tell me the name of this movie?
