Kundalini Yoga – anyone know of an affordable course in London?
Im interested in doing a yoga course, but there are lots of yoga places out there and would like to find a teacher who is recommended and affordable. I live in Battersea and work in central London, so something in central or SW would be great. Appreciate any advice!

Nothing in London is affordable…HAHAHHAH
there is a gym in shoreditch…..liverpool street area which is 46 pounds per month.
Google it. I know they do lunch break yoga classes
Kundalini Yoga is never affordable because of the money spent with the contraindications!
Why don t you do a safest yoga?
