How can I stop my Demon Dreams?

Over the past three months, I have dreams about demons. In actuality, I don’t think they are dreams at all. It occurs about three times a week where a demon is on top on me attacking me. I do not believe this is sleep paralysis. Because when I wake up, I have these strange markings on my arms where it tried to pin me down. They almost look like claws. I have a skin condition called dermatographism, which is called the “write on skin” condition. When pressure is applied to my skin, it swells immediately. So everytime I have this dream, I have welts on my arms. It tries to hold my arms down because I try to turn on the light and call out for help. It also does this because I try to bite my hand so I can wake up and stop the terror. About two weeks ago I started reciting psalms and passages in the bible to protect me. I read Psalm 91 last night, but it came back. I yelled for the Father Lord to help me and then I woke up. I am 26 and live alone. Any suggestions?

  • This is a demon. This is not a dream. This has happened to me a lot of times but I was never held down. Have you made Jesus your Lord and Savior? If not you should. They can’t hurt you then, but they can intimidate. If you are able to talk when this happens call on Jesus’ name. There is power in the name. Start to pray and read the bible. Mathew is a good place to start.

Sounds like crap but i am 30 and it scares me death wear i wake and dont move for fear it is reallity and they are watching me. Again I am 30 year old male and scared of nothing but of this kind of stuff

  • There are several steps you can take to remedy this situation. Whether it is a projection of your fear manifesting itself as something more real or some type of evil energy, it simply can’t bother you if you don’t allow it. I’ve had similar situations many years ago and know the intensity they can create.
You can begin by smudging the home. This is an ancient cleansing technique. Copal ora is one of several good smudges.

Then you need to alleviate the fear. Know this energy’s strength is directly proportional to your fear. Trust in whatever higher source you believe in to help you protect yourself. Invoke protection before sleep, either through prayer, meditation or what feels most natural to you. See yourself blanketed in a golden light, soothing, warm and safe.

Grow some confidence and manifest the ability to laugh at this energy and to radiate light in its direction.

Poof, it’ll not bother you again. 🙂

Feel free to email me if you’d like. Priests receive minimal training in this area. I’ve heard that it may be a long while until they’re able to assist you. And there are fewer and fewer of them accepting this training for various reasons.

  • Wow girl, I am so sorry.

Well, if I were you, the first thing I would do is get a crucifix and wear it religiously (no pun intended, well maybe). Even if the symbol itself doesn’t have an effect (which it should), it may have an indirect impact on your closeness with Christ.

Also, before going to sleep every night, be sure to recite this prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel. I don’t know if you’re Catholic or not, but any Christian recognizes him as the commander of Heaven’s army, and this prayer has traditionally been used to ward off demons:

    “Saint Michael the Archangel,
    defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
    May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host –
by the Divine Power of God –
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.

    Amen.”

Finally, have you sought the help of any local clergy? Talk to them about your problem and what they think you should do. They may be willing to cousel you or provide any other assistance. Just keep the faith, and feel in your heart love for Christ and the power that his sacrifice has over satan and all that is evil. Hope this helps, and take care.

  • Continue praying asking the Father to step into your dreams with you and protect you. Keep the Word close by because the demons cannot stand the Word of God. I have said a prayer for you to. The good news is that you are probably being prepared for a ministry that satan is trying to stop. I can’t wait to hear what the Lord has planned for you.

  • hi,i kinda know what your going through,my sister goes thru this,i dont belive what your having is dreams.my sister says prayers do work.it sounds like you need a excorsism, you need to talk to someone that does this.sounds like this is a very evil spirit, literaly trying to take the life out of you, please seek help, take care

  • Every night, the unicorn chased the little girl in her dreams. The unicorn’s menacing behavior left the girl shaken, and that anxiety followed her throughout the day. With reassurance from her parents, however, she was able to imagine that she got safely got away, which ended her bad dreams.

“Apparently, the little girl was getting ready to start kindergarten at a new school. “Unicorn was the name of the preschool she attended; she felt safe there. Deep down, she was afraid of attending a new school.” Whether as children or as adults, we’ve all had nightmares–distressing dreams that scare us into wakefulness and leave us tense and anxious. It’s often difficult to grasp a nightmare’s meaning. The language of nightmares–metaphors, symbols–differs from the logical thinking in our waking lives.

Yet a disturbing nightmare–whether it’s a one-time occurrence or recurring–may actually be therapeutic and helpful. “It’s telling you to pay attention to something in your life.Life events such as marriage, divorce, or pregnancy can trigger nightmares, says Siegel, as can some foods or medications such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), which are prescribed to relieve depression and anxiety. Some also link melatonin and B-6 vitamins to nightmares. Follow these steps and it will help u :-Reassurance. Talk to or physically to help break the nightmare’s spell. Re-scripting. Change the storyline to a safe ending.

Rehearsal. Iif the child can’t verbally communicate either because he’s too young or too upset, draw or paint new endings.

Resolution. Once u can figure out how the dream connects to your life, the dream will resolve itself.

The same tactics of integrating different endings also work for adults, as do a few additional tips.

As you fall asleep, remind yourself that if you have a dream about X, you want the ending to be Y. “Falling asleep is a good time to influence dream content, because you’re in a suggestive state, much like hypnosis.Keep a dream journal by your bed, or talk into a tape recorder. Write in it upon waking, even if it’s only phrases or images. “Even a fragment can act as a skeleton key that opens a door to learn more,” says Siegel.

Wake up naturally, or to a tone alarm. Avoid clock radios, says Siegel. If you hear a radio announcer’s voice or music, it may draw you away from the dream.

Talk to someone about your nightmare. “The act of telling is a release, it’s similar to how crying works to relieve grief.Visualize a safe place. And visit that place during the day if the nightmare causes anxiety. Think of that place before falling asleep. How long does it take to resolve a nightmare? Some people can do it immediately, for others, it takes months. “Sometime you don’t get the exact outcome you pictured, but something else in the dream changes or the nightmare gets better. If it doesn’t work the first time, it’s worth continuing every night at bedtime for a matter of weeks

  • is this a real story? ,if it is i would get to a baptist or pentecostal church, maybe they can help, ive felt jesus some.at a place like that,,, . you gotta pray and have faith, pretty hard sometimes

  • Do not stop praying until you connect with Christ. Give Him your whole life and tel Him how much you need Him and ans Him to give you a new klife in Him. God is letting this happen to you because you have a much more blessed destiny than you can imagine and you need to get to the point of needing Him and nothing else then He can take the reigns and lead you home.
