Yes it does We are all born with Paternal Qi which is past on via both Parents This is meant to last for your entire life and what you describe seriously depletes this but having said that it is still better than raping someone of course
Masturbation generates a very negative energy but sex between two people who have a love for each other generates a third energy which is beneficial for both

I think some past religious teachings may have made you feel this way. Meditation does increase your mind to states of heightened awareness. And when the mind is on full focus, the body pays attention and follows suit. So often people focus on the importance of acheiving enlightenment, and forget that we are human with human needs. Your body is a temple as surely as your mind is. Think of the actual act of orgasm itself: You meditate, and the energy in your body increases. Your mind becomes focused, clear, and as you meditate, your body does the same. It pays attention, it rises and focuses, and for human beings, this means sexual awareness.

I have sat down to meditate, opened my chakras and waited for my sexual urges to appear. They have never failed me. But it’s ME that decides when to release it. If you build and build and build the energy in your mind and body but give it no release, that’s not good! It’ll backfire and make you angry or moody or depressed. Masturbation is a release of the energy you are focusing in your mind that your body needs. It is a “cone of energy” and it completely beneficial to the mind AND body. Yes, you feel lethargic afterwards, but you have not lost. You have gained. Every time you meditate, you become more aligned. Every time you acknowledge your body and it’s needs, you become more aligned.

In Taoism, yes. Celibacy is generally highly emphasized in Taoist practices. Even the occasional practitioner is usually encouraged to avoid all sexual activity 24 hours prior to practice. Hardcore Taoists in China maintain that celibacy must be observed for years before you can really gain a deep measure of control in Chi Kung.

whether it does or doesnt … as long as you are feeling about it as you do , it is going to have a negative affect anyway
if you feel it is affecting your meditation and spiritual practises , then yes it is a problem … but only on a personal lever

these questions really have nothing to do with Spiritualism though
there is nothing mentioned in Spiritualism about any of this

perhaps some Hindu can advise you better actually
they are probably the best to give advice on meditation and energies and such
