It’s a mysterious book that in its day was believed to contain all human knowledge. But why did medieval people believe that the author sold his soul to the devil to be able to write it? .This mysterious book includes medical formulas for everything from treating epilepsy to fevers. It took a full-year of planning to coordinate the book’s transfer to Prague in 2008. During the transfer it was insured for $15.1 million. It is 600 pages made up of 310 parchment leaves, all from donkey skins.
